Dabei halfen wir ihm dabei, die Arbeitsmethoden im Unternehmen auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen, sie f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter attraktiver zu machen und sich in Richtung Digitalisierung zu bewegen. Wir definierten Mitarbeiter-Personas anhand von F\u00e4higkeiten und Pers\u00f6nlichkeit, um unserem Kunden bei der Auswahl der richtigen Talente zu helfen. Das Ergebnis war, dass unser Kunde ein viel attraktiverer Arbeitgeber mit einem gro\u00dfartigen Teamgeist und sehr engagierten Mitarbeitern wurde.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Dieses Projekt zeigt, wie eng Wachstum und Mitarbeiterstrategie eines Unternehmens miteinander verkn\u00fcpft sind. Im internationalen Wettbewerb um die besten Talente kann eine Mitarbeiterstrategie nicht l\u00e4nger au\u00dfer Acht gelassen werden. Es ist klar, dass es im heutigen Wettbewerb nicht ausreicht, die Bed\u00fcrfnisse seiner Kunden versteht, denn die Mitarbeiter sind f\u00fcr einen kontinuierlichen Gesch\u00e4ftserfolg unabdingbar.
