We supported our client in creating authentic employer branding along company values and culture. We helped them become state-of-the-art regarding the ways of working within the company, making it more appealing for employees and moving towards digitalization. We defined employee personas from a skill and personality perspective to help our client choose the right talents. As a result, our client became a much more attractive employer with a great team spirit and super engaged employees.
